Inter/Nationalism. This expo focused on the importance of solidarity, inclusion and collaboration. Is there a way to square internationalism with the destructive nature of globalisation? As nationalism rears its head around the world what response does art have? For this we arranged for several members of the (C.I.A.) to visit Berlin several weeks before the Expo. This was the first time we experimented with travelling to a show without any costumes of costumes. Following a period of research and exploration of our surroundings we found vintage clothing for costumes and headed to Tempelhof Airport to initiate several films. Returning to Berlin for the presentation of the expo we exhibited the new films alongside others created during events during the summer earlier in the year. Cast sculptures, artworks and residue from our Infinite Tea Party performances formed the basis of our installation. Artists involved with the film - Zsa zsa Hessels, Sara True, Lime Green, Jonny Roberts. Artists attending the expo - Sally & Jonny Roberts.
